Cenote Zapote is a truly unique dive featuring the famous Hell’s Bells! Enormous bell-shaped formations up to 4m/13ft in diameter.
These biothems are natural sculptures formed by bacteria, so rare that they are only documented in about 30 caves globally, and incredibly, Zapote has the most decorated cavern of these bells that have ever been found. Descend into the depths of Zapote to encounter a 4500-year-old tree peeking out from the thick sulfide cloud. Dive deeper into the chamber to reach the spectacle of these breathtaking, rare formations.
Kin Ha
Cenote Kin Ha, located in Puerto Morelos, is a unique and popular diving site known for its deep, cylindrical shape, bell-shaped formations, and spectacular light effects. It features a massive air dome accessible via wooden stairs and offers a 40-minute dive with unique visual experiences. The dive starts deep, using the cenote walls as a reference, and leads you upwards, allowing you to explore the rock formations and geological footprints of this ancient site.
